1. Overview
Our refund policy applies to all printer rental services and transactions made through PrinterRentals.com. We understand that circumstances can change, and we are committed to offering flexible and fair resolutions.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be issued under the following conditions:
- Order Cancellations:
Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery.
Partial refund may apply if cancelled within 24 hours of delivery.
- Equipment Issues Upon Delivery:
If the rented printer is found to be defective or not as described upon delivery, we will replace it or offer a full refund.
- Service Failure:
If we are unable to deliver the equipment due to our fault, a full refund will be issued.
- Incorrect Product Delivered:
If the product delivered does not match the order, a full refund or correct replacement will be arranged.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
- Equipment was used and returned after rental period.
- Damage caused due to mishandling, negligence, or misuse.
- Late cancellation or no-show at delivery time.
- Minor delays in delivery caused by external factors (traffic, weather, etc.).
- Customer failure to provide accurate address/contact details.
4. Refund Process
Once your refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
- You will receive confirmation via email once the refund is initiated.

Note: Cancellations made after equipment has been dispatched may incur logistics fees.
6. Exchange Option
In some cases, you may be eligible for an exchange or replacement instead of a refund. If a replacement device is unavailable, a refund will be processed.
